Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Smart Goose Store! We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia via Australia Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
* Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We are not yet able to provide international shipping services. We appreciate your understanding and are working hard to expand our reach in the future.

4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes
We ship to standard residential and commercial addresses. For Australian domestic orders, we also support shipping to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Please ensure all international shipping addresses are entered in English to avoid processing delays.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every tracked package we send includes standard carrier protection. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
